I was invited to the OCJAA (Orange County Japanese American Association) Japanese Nerio scholarship awards ceremony on Sunday, October 12, 2014. Nishimura sensei has recommended me for this scholarship and I was one of the person that was able to receive it.
This scholarship’s purpose is to expand the Japanese culture in America. I will try to improve my karate skills and continue teaching younger generation. Hope you guys will continue the Wado-Ryu karate and spread the Japanese culture throughout the whole US.
